After getting the project i.e. Work order we plan & execute the project in the Following hierarchy as per the preferences
After each step of work as per the bar chart, we take care of the quality Incorporated so far we do take care of different parameters as per the Approved technical specifications with the clients.
After finishing the entire project we take care of the entire quality measures We have incorporated in different steps of execution and then we finally Check the entire structure including the system in a holistic way, so as the Whole technical specification can be incorporated with all kind of safety Parameters which we decide in-house taking in cogence of international Standards

Installation Pre-RequisitesDifferent installation pre-requisites of the ACPs are as follows:
• Panels ought to be erected in accordance, with an approved set of shop drawings.
• Structural strength of anchorage & assorted hardware used for fastening must be as per standards and galvanized as per engineering recommendations.
• The area of contact of aluminum materials with dissimilar metals must be properly insulated or caulking tape must be applied to avoid electrolytic corrosion.
• The bend portions between panel joints shouldn’t be caulked before the removal of strippable film.
• The panels must be installed vertically or not more than 86 degrees from the vertical |
Fabrication ProcessWe employ different fabrication techniques to fabricate ACPs or Aluminum Composite Panels. These techniques enable us to minimize defects, acquire highest accuracy level and exercise overall quality control.
We also carry out the fabrication process on-site. The base material is cut to any configuration with a jigsaw or similar device. The blade configuration & cutting conditions are carefully selected to minimize frictional forces, which results in minimum heat produced during the entire process.
